Easy vehicle & license plate change
For both toll boxes for vehicles up to 3 meters in height (i.e., Toll Box Standard and Toll Box PREMIUM), the license plate can be changed in the customer portal to another vehicle, such as a rental car, motorcycle, or passenger car.
For safety, please make the change at least 24 hours before the start of your trip to ensure the update is processed in the toll operators' systems.
For the toll box for vehicles over 3 meters in height (see Toll Box for Motorhomes), a vehicle change is not possible, as this toll box is personalized for the specific vehicle (including emission class, weight, and number of axles).
Additional Feature: Parking with Telepass
With your license plate stored in the system, the STANDARD toll box also enables ticket-free parking in all parking facilities marked with the Telepass symbol – the barriers open automatically.
